Welcome to the digital hub for our collaborative workshop. This initiative focuses on the intersection of physical activity, social inclusion, and environmental sustainability. By utilizing public spaces and repurposed materials, we aim to build a community where everyone—regardless of age or ability—feels they belong.

Target Group
E.g., youth, elderly, people with disabilities, mixed groups, gender sensitive, refugees, etc.
Context/Setting
Outdoor park, school yard, public plaza, or community centre.
The workshop consists of structured group activities that emphasize cooperation rather than competition. Participants work together to solve physical challenges, communicate effectively, and support one another in an inclusive and respectful environment.
Respect
All participants are treated with respect, regardless of skill level or experience.
Safety First
Activities are designed to be safe and adaptable for everyone.
Encouragement
Positive communication and mutual support are encouraged at all times.

Cooperative Challenges
The Balloon Challenge: Teams must keep a balloon (or a tied plastic bag) in the air through collective effort
A relay where tasks match different abilities (walking, balancing, or carrying), proving that diverse strengths lead to team success.
The Big Collaborative Game
The Giant Obstacle Puzzle: A group course where tasks require the involvement of every single member.
Community Maze Build: Using reused materials to build a path that teams must navigate together.
Reflection & Debrief
Group Discussion: Reflecting on what helped the team work well and how to make everyone feel included.
Daily Life Application: Discussing how to bring these teamwork skills into daily life and future sports.
